We guarantee the authenticity of our watches, but the material on this site is provided for general information only.

Prices for our watches are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuating nature of the luxury watch market. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 5 - Products or Services
Certain luxury timepieces may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our watches. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.

Watchlunex guarantees the authenticity of every timepiece sold. If an independent, certified watchmaker proves a purchased watch to be inauthentic, we agree to refund the full purchase price as outlined in our Return Policy. This is our sole liability regarding authenticity.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Watchlunex operates.
