At Watchlunex, we understand that securely delivering your luxury timepiece is just as important as the watch itself. We partner with the world's most trusted couriers to ensure your purchase arrives safely, securely, and swiftly.


1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All timepieces undergo a final rigorous inspection and authentication process by our certified watchmakers before dispatch.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed, inspected, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been verified and cleared.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • If there is going to be any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone immediately.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer Free Express Worldwide Shipping on all orders. We utilize premium courier services such as DHL Express, FedEx Priority, or UPS Express depending on your location.

  • Domestic Delivery: 1 - 3 business days after dispatch.
  • International Delivery: 3 - 7 business days after dispatch.

*Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs clearance processes or extreme weather conditions.*

3. Fully Insured Shipments

Your peace of mind is our priority. Every single watch dispatched by Watchlunex is 100% fully insured for its total purchase value while in transit.

In the highly unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, you are entirely protected. We will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue and issue you a full refund or replacement once the courier's investigation is complete.

4. Adult Signature Required

Due to the high value of our items, an adult signature is strictly required upon delivery for every order. We cannot instruct couriers to leave packages unattended on porches, with neighbors, or at reception desks without a direct signature.

If you will not be home to sign for your package, please use the courier's tracking portal to redirect the package to a secure local pickup location (e.g., a FedEx Office or DHL Service Point) where you can collect it by presenting a valid government-issued ID.

5. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders shipped outside of our primary operating jurisdiction, Watchlunex is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your local government.

  • All international packages are shipped with accurate customs declarations reflecting the full purchase price of the item. We cannot declare items as "gifts" or lower the declared value, as this violates international law and voids our shipping insurance.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and pay any applicable import duties in their respective country.
  • If a package is returned to us because the buyer refuses to pay customs fees, a restocking fee and all return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's website.

7. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Due to signature requirements and courier restrictions for high-value insured goods, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.
