If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. The Watchlunex 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all watches purchased directly from Watchlunex. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The watch must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received.
  • The watch must be completely unworn and show no signs of use, scratches, or wear.
  • All protective seals, stickers, and tags (including our custom Watchlunex tamper-evident tags) must remain intact and attached to the watch.
  • The original box, papers, warranty cards, manuals, and all included accessories must be returned in perfect condition.

*Please note: If a watch is returned with missing items, damaged packaging, or signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a significant restocking fee.*

2. Authenticity Guarantee Returns

Every watch sold by Watchlunex undergoes rigorous inspection by our certified watchmakers. We guarantee the 100% authenticity of every timepiece.

If, for any reason, an independent, certified watchmaker determines that a watch purchased from us is not authentic, we will provide a full, 100% refund immediately upon the return of the item, including all shipping costs.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@must.co.vintage.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack Carefully: Pack the watch securely in its original packaging. Ensure the box is well-protected with padding.
  4. Ship Fully Insured: You must ship the item back using a reliable, trackable service (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) and fully insure the package for its purchase value. Watchlunex is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns/exchanges (change of mind): The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
  • For defective items or errors on our part: Watchlunex will provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label.

5. The Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our certified watchmakers will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • Inspection Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for the inspection process after the package arrives at our facility.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved watches.
  • Watches that have been sized, altered, or modified after delivery.
  • Special order items (unless defective).

7. International Returns

For international returns, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable through Watchlunex. You may need to contact your local customs office to request a refund of these fees.
