Launched in 2001, the Ulysse Nardin Freak reimagined what a wristwatch could look like: rather than hands moving across a dial, the entire movement rotates to tell the time, with one wheel indicating the hour and another the minutes. It was also among the first watches to use silicon components in its escapement, technology that has since become widespread across high-end watchmaking.
This reference 2303-270.1 carries that design forward in a black colourway, keeping the exposed, mechanical aesthetic that has made the Freak one of the most recognisable avant-garde watches on the market, immediately distinct from anything in a traditional case-and-dial format.
As an unworn piece offered as a complete set, this watch comes with its full original packaging and documentation alongside pristine, as-new condition from 2024.
As with every Watchlunex listing, this piece ships fully insured and is backed by our 30-day return policy, so you have time to confirm fit and feel before deciding to keep it.
