Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your timepiece. If you're not satisfied, you may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it meets the conditions below.

Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

• Unworn and in the exact condition it was received
• Returned with all original packaging, boxes, and paperwork
• Accompanied by the authentication and certification documents it shipped with

Watches returned without their original documentation or packaging, or showing signs of wear beyond inspection, may be subject to a partial refund or declined.

How to Start a Return

Email must.co.vintage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you return shipping instructions, including a prepaid insured label for domestic returns.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Misrepresented Items

If your watch arrives damaged or doesn't match its listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
